Our Story

A Constant Presence. A Pathway Forward.

The More We Love began as a grassroots outreach effort serving individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, exploitation, domestic violence, and crisis throughout the greater Seattle area.

Through direct outreach, relationship building, advocacy, and practical support, we quickly recognized a common reality: many women and children had nowhere safe to go when they were ready to leave dangerous situations and begin rebuilding their lives.

What started as a community-driven response grew into a broader mission to create lasting pathways from crisis to stability. Over time, our work expanded beyond immediate intervention to include shelter, recovery support, housing navigation, family stabilization services, and long-term advocacy.

Today, The More We Love operates Pathways Inn, a 24/7 Women's and Children's Crisis Healing Center that provides safety, support, and connection for women and families facing homelessness, domestic violence, human trafficking, addiction, and exploitation.

While our programs have evolved, our purpose remains unchanged: to walk alongside people during some of the most difficult chapters of their lives and help them build a foundation for a healthier, more stable future.

We believe that lasting change happens through relationships, and we remain committed to being a consistent presence for those we serve as they move from crisis toward healing, independence, and hope.
