An exceptional human being who has dedicated over 20 years of her life to serving the homeless community, Kristine Moreland is a passionate activist whose work revolves around being a constant support system for those in need. She has volunteered tirelessly in her community for years and served on many non-profit boards.

Kristine Moreland is a well-informed consultant, drawing inspiration from her own experiences to provide assistance to numerous organizations developing their own successful services. She adopted her oldest son as a result of her work connections, and works alongside countless others, including victims of human trafficking, to provide outreach, guidance, interventions, and counseling to aid them in finding renewed hope and purpose in life.

As COO of The More We Love, Peter brings a deep commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and advancing the mission of hope, healing, and connection.

Charlene brings more than two decades of leadership in administration, human resources, and organizational operations to her role. With a proven record of streamlining systems, guiding teams, and building efficient policies, she specializes in balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Her career spans executive support, HR management, donor relations, and operational leadership in both nonprofit and corporate environments. Known for her keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and ability to create order out of complexity, Charlene helps organizations thrive through clarity, structure, and thoughtful administration.

As Operations Manager of the Emergency Shelter, Carolyn oversees daily operations, staff, and programs to ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families escaping homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Carolyn successfully leads a diverse team to deliver trauma-informed care with excellence and compassion, creating pathways toward stability and healing. By developing systems that uphold dignity, safety, and compassionate care, she ensures that the highest operational standards are maintained. Devoted to service and impact, she believes in transforming crisis response into long-term change, helping residents move from survival to empowerment and independence.
